1985: Allan Boesak, Beyers Naude, & Winnie Mandela, South Africa

Ending Apartheid in South Africa.

Reverand Allan Boesak, Beyers Naude and Winnie Mandela fought tenaciously to end apartheid in South Africa. Subjected to legal persecution, jail sentences, and the excommunication of their communities and churches, Boesak, Beyers and Mandela continued their activism until the fall of apartheid and the introduction of democracy in 1994.
