Bucharest, April 7th 2009
Kerry Kennedy, Honorary President of RFK Europe, launched the Speak Truth To Power projects in Romania during a press conference this morning at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute.
Mrs Kennedy was a speaker with Oana Marinescu (General Director of the Diplomatic Institute), Bogdan Aurescu (Secretary of State), John Florescu, and the defenders Marina Pisklakova and Gabor Gombos.
Mrs Kennedy is on her first visit to Eastern Europe, and she will be a central part in the presentation of the STTP activities in Romania, as well as meet activists and associations involved in the defense of human rights.
