Thinking Beyond the Beltway, GradPride, the MENA Forum and the Africa Forum present:

Human Rights and Homophobia in Africa: A Conversation with Frank Mugisha

Introduction by Fernanda Katz Ellenberg, Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights
Frank Mugisha is the 2011 winner of the RFK Human Rights Award, and is one of the most courageous human rights activists in the world.
Homosexuality is a criminal offense in Uganda, and Mugisha has received multiple death threats. Last year his close colleague David Cato was murdered. Frank is in the United States on a short tour, and we are extremely fortunate that he can speak at the school. Please join us for this unmissable event.
