International Law

International law, also named “law of the people” (ius gentium), refers to laws that regulate the conduct of independent nations in their relationships with one another.

It differs  from other legal systems in that it primarily concerns provinces rather than private citizens.

International law applies to each state only up to point where it accepts to undergo certain international obligations.
