Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights seeks a communications professional to help convey the mission, goals, and activities of the organization to press, fellow advocates, field partners, donors, and the general public. He/she will be based in Washington, D.C., and will report to the Communications Director based in New York. RFK Compass Conference Program CoordinatorThe RFK Center seeks a seasoned professional to lead a dynamic fundraising program. The RFK Compass Conference Program Coordinator is a full-time position, created by the RFK Center to coordinate and manage the conference component of the RFK Compass program. In this capacity s/he is responsible for overseeing and participating in the execution of the multiple components necessary for the Compass annual conference series. S/he will report to the Chief Operating Officer, John Zurick, and work in close partnership with the President, Kerry Kennedy. S/he will be based in New York. The Compass Conference Program Coordinator will be an integral member of the RFK Compass team, participating in the program’s overall strategizing and performance. S/he will be supported by the Compass Project Coordinator and the Compass development consultants. Development ManagerThe RFK Center seeks a seasoned professional to lead a dynamic fundraising program. The Development Manager is a new full-time position, created by the RFK Center to help it leverage its considerable assets and increase its annual budget (currently at $10 million) by expanding its major donor giving program, and re-engineering the overall multi-component giving and donor recognition program.
