Morocco under observation for torture and ill-treatment (in Spanish)

(2012-09-18) Periodistas, an online news source in Spain, published an article yesterday describing the human rights situation in Morocco occupied Western Sahara and what the UN is doing to address the issues. The article also includes information from the RFK Center's statement of preliminary observations from a visit by an international human rights delegation led by Kerry Kennedy this August.
