RFK International House of Human Rights Open Its Doors in Florence
RFK Center Europe welcomes its first group of digital dissidents in residence
Florence, May 17, 2013 – Today the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights Europe officially launches the RFK International House of Human Rights, the first home of its kind where digital activists from all over the world can meet face to face, exchange skills and experiences, and build relationships to inspire justice.
“The RFK International House for Human Rights will bring together human rights defenders who are changing our world with digital experts who are shaping the way change happens in the 21st century,” said Kerry Kennedy, President of RFK Center. “Together they have the tools to help realize Robert Kennedy’s dream of a more just and peaceful world.”
